DVD Review M (BLU-RAY)

To call this "ahead of its time" is perhaps cliche, but that's exactly what it is. Fritz Lang's dark 1931 suspense film is ostensibly carried by a breakout performance by Peter Lorre as a serial child killer, but it is the way the director frames the story that makes this something to be savored and studied.

Highly recommended, and an essential title for your home library.
