Information about each of the four programs included in this set is below.
* The Brain Fitness Program – This program examines the revolutionary science of neuroplasticity or the brain's ability to change and adapt and even rewire itself. The documentary explores the fundamental processes of the brain as well as the nature of plasticity by exploring personal stories and discussions with the researchers and journalists who covered this amazing scientific breakthrough. * Brain Fitness: Peak Performance – Dr. Michael Merzenich demonstrates how experts in various fields improve their neurological abilities through sustained, continuous, intense practice of their respective skill set and how such consequential neurological findings in experts compare to the average individual.
