Second and Final Season of TNT's Critically-Acclaimed Series
Men of a Certain Age
Arrives on DVD
Starring Emmy(R) Winners Ray Romano and Andre Braugher and Golden Globe(R) Winner Scott Bakula, Series' Second Season Comes to Three-DVD Set Jan. 15
TNT's critically-acclaimed television series Men of a Certain Age, starring Emmy(R) winner Ray Romano (Everybody Loves Raymond), Emmy winner Andre Braugher (Homicide: Life on the Street, TNT's Salem's Lot) and Golden Globe(R) winner Scott Bakula (Quantum Leap), will return to DVD on Jan. 15 with the release of Men of a Certain Age: The Complete Second Season.
Men of a Certain Age, one of TNT's most critically-lauded original series, is a wry drama that explores the unique bonds of friendship among three men experiencing the changes and challenges of mid-life. The three-disc DVD set will include all 12 episodes from the series' second and final season. Bonus features will include audio commentary for each episode by Romano and series co-creator Mike Royce, as well as Jon Manfrelotti and several show writers; never-before-seen deleted scenes; interviews; a "Bitter/Sweet 50" featurette; gag reel; Scarpulla rap video; and behind-the-scenes footage. Men of a Certain Age: The Complete Second Season will carry a suggested retail price of $39.98.
Men of a Certain Age is from TNT Original Productions, created by Romano and fellow Everybody Loves Raymond Emmy winner Mike Royce. Romano and Royce serve as the series' executive producers, along with Rory Rosegarten and Cary Hoffman.
Men of a Certain Age focuses on Joe (Romano), a friendly, 40-something, slightly neurotic, recently separated father of two who, in the second season, rekindles his dream of becoming a professional golfer. He has two best friends: Owen (Braugher), an overstressed husband and father who is a car salesman at his dad's dealership; and Terry (Bakula), an offbeat, handsome, intelligent and still-struggling-to-make-it actor. The three men have been best friends since college but now, in their 40s, are navigating through the second act of their lives.
